Everybody has their secrets; a kind of secret that would make anyone a shadow on a wall. Whether they are a vampire, shifter, a psychic, or maybe a widow. A secret is a secret. In a world full of beautiful people things may seem oh so deceiving. But, in this town there is a reason to lie and keep secrets. There are people waiting, watching, looking for those with these mysterious secrets. These people call the ones with those secrets the beautiful people.
Those people are known as widows. They are kind of like assassins of the real world. They are the enemies of the beautiful people. The widows have a belief, a belief that all beautiful people are evil, that they are killers and will use their powers for nothing but destruction. They are blinded by the fact that they are different, they were forced to believe the lies that made the beautiful people seem like the bad guys. But like everyone the beautiful people can be good or bad. That is why they lie, to protect themselves from the widows. But, as most people know when lies build up they become whats best described as a web of lies.
